Returns & Refund Policy

Each artwork by Emma Kinlough is an original, one-of-a-kind piece created with great care and attention. Due to the unique and handmade nature of these works, we do not offer refunds on art purchases unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at emmakinlough@gmail.com, including your order number and photographs of the packaging and artwork. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution - this may include a repair, exchange, or refund where applicable.

In cases where a return is approved, the artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition, securely protected for transit. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a tracked and insured delivery service.

Because of the bespoke nature of these works, we cannot guarantee exchanges, but in special circumstances an exchange may be considered - for example, for the same artwork in a different frame or for another piece of greater value, subject to agreement and availability.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK Consumer Law.
