All artworks are packaged and dispatched within 3–5 business days of receiving your order. Each piece is inspected, carefully wrapped, and prepared for shipping using high-quality, sustainable packaging materials.

Delivery Timeframe
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the UK. Please allow a total estimated delivery window of 5–10 business days from the date of your order.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs
Shipping within the UK is free on all original artworks.

Delivery Partners & Tracking
All artworks are shipped via reputable, tracked courier services to ensure their safe arrival. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery details.

Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged or is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at emmakinlough@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant details. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
